Petra is partner in the competition law team of Gleiss Lutz, having more than 15 years of experience in this area of the law. She regularly advises national and international clients on German and European antitrust issues, the focus of her practice including advice on antitrust prohibition and abuse of market power, along with cartel defence and merger control proceedings. Petra furthermore has a long and successful track record in connection with internal investigations and advice on compliance and has been holding lectures on competition law at the university of Passau since 2013.

Kai-Uwe Kühn is a Professor of Economics and Deputy Director at the Centre for Competition Policy, University of East Anglia and Academic Advisor at The Brattle Group. He holds visiting appointments at the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE) and Georgetown University. From May 2011 to August 2013, Prof. Kühn was Chief Economist at DG Competition, European Commission. He has advised competition authorities and private firms on competition policy as well as merger, state aid, antitrust, and damages litigation cases in a wide range of jurisdictions for over 25 years.
